1. A “cashback bonus” is a type of bonus which is not triggered or linked to a specific deposit and is given by the casino team. A cashback bonus is granted as a percentage of deposits/net losses incurred, back into your account.
2. Accounts that are deactivated, suspended or in any way not deemed active and open will not be eligible for cashback.
3. All cashbacks are calculated on deposit net losses for the last 7 days. The cashback collecting period is from Friday 00:00 till Thursday 23:59. Cashback will be credited every Friday between 4:00 AM CEST and 6:00 AM CEST.
4. The minimum cashback that can be claimed is 5 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) and the maximum is limited at 20% of your deposit during the collection period. If you didn’t reach a minimum of 5 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) cash back during any given week you will not receive a cashback bonus and progress will not carry over to the next week.
5. The amount received from cashback is calculated based on your loyalty level
