All cashback amounts due are calculated by the formula: net losses on the participating games from any deposits during the promo period x cashback % eligible at the time of request (net losses from bonus money and jackpot wins are not included in the calculation).
Once the player qualifies, this Cashback bonus will be automatically credited to the player’s account – in the My Bonuses area – but will require activation by the player before the expiration period. In the case that the customer does not activate the Cashback within the promotion’s required period, any entitlement to the Cashback is considered void.
